Alter some Images Remove people from the image and make the background seamless

4 people need removing from the image.
The bride and groom need to be kept and the wedding dress.
A sample of the image is attached to show who needs removing and who needs to stay in the shot.
The background needs to look like its only the bride and groom at the beach.
So safety barrier, sea and beach will need to be added where the removed people were.
The final image is to printed on a canvas so the layer masks and background need to look really good.
I have 2 versions of the file [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] Jpeg and the Camera RAW complete with XMP metadata [url removed, login to view] 36.3MP.
I would prefer you to use the RAW file as it has highest resolution.
Final image to be supplied as TIFF and high resolution JPEG.
