Automatic aseptic packaging line solution

Hi,

I would like your help to design an automatic hybrid bottle packaging line, incorporating cutting, folding, sealing, filling, aseptic chamber and an in-line injection moulding machine that fuses the body with the top of the carton. The machinery required for the packaging line must be available for purchase together or individually, preferably utilising the latest technology for the lowest possible price (see process flow picture attached).

2. Work done needs to be delivered in Word, CAD files & 2D drawings.

3. Cost breakdown of hardware

4. Equipment details (make, model, and supplier details).
