1. I would like to get the information in general about real estate situation in Oslo, Norway. Our plan is to build small 27m2 houses to Oslo area and sell them or rent out. These houses are very energy saving and they can be disassembly in 4-5 hours and then reassmebly to different location.
2. More precisely I want information about what are the requirements to build a small (27 m2) temporary mudular houses in Oslo area. I have heard that if you want to build this type of small house You don't need any permission from government or neighbours. This is somekind of new law in Norway since the Oslo area is overcrowded. But I am not sure does this law is valid yet and what are the other requirement. So I need as much and as precise information about this new law as possible.
3. I need the prices of different type of plots where this kind of houses can be built. And I am interested in selling price and rental price. The rental prices are more interesting for me because it gives a wider range of plots that can be used. Because I am pretty sure that there are a lot of different opportunities to rent land from industrial buildings backyard or harbours etc. where this type of temporary small houses could be installed.
