Customization and translation of some LISP functions to Python

I have a few functions in LISP that read MIDI files and extract several elements of the MIDI file. I export those elements to a TXT file that I later open with Python for other operations.
I would like to do the whole thing from inside Python, so for that purpose, I need a developer that knows both Python and LISP to "translate" the LISP functions I need to python.
There are a few MIDI parsers for Python out there, but none is doing the exact work that I need. This job is more a "customization" than a full development work.
