Do some Blog Posting /Article Writing

I need someone who can create articles, roughly 500 words once a week on topics concerning small businesses and DIY marketing/affordable marketing strategies for businesses with small marketing budgets. (obviously this is kind of contradictory for me to be reaching out, but I'm just lacking the time and creative energy to write)
Not sure how long it takes to write a 500 work article on this topic, research will be included in the hours - not just writing time. please let me know how many hours of research/writing it will take to get one 500 blog post written per week.
