Design a process to import XML file into DB(Talend Developer)

- Script a job which will download and import XML into database.
(perhaps needed: Talend setup to map XML fields with DB schema)
- Initial bulk import and then regular daily job run to process any updates.
- Data: XML file. Data is extracted from forms(questions and answers).
- DB schema is in place.(most of it). I will confirm on this.
- What is needed to process these files and put into DBs.
Ask me questions. If you have web skills, this may turn into extended project involving doing analytics(on top of this data)

What is needed is
a) to process XML files and put into DBs. (XML -> DB columns binding)
b) DB is on Azure cloud( sql server). (Integration with cloud essential)
c) Setting up this as a daily job(just like autosys, cron does)
I am open to suggestions on tools you want to use for this. In my mind, talend can perhaps to do the job and it is free.
