album migration and Integration

I need someone who can migrate album pictures and categories from a one phpBB database and integrate it to a vbulletin board somehow. The album is smartor and the vbulletin uses coppermine.
The second part is a fantasy sports mod. That vbulletin doesnt have any mods for this. I would like to set up a link to the mod on the old board. possibly use the data from the old board with the album and the fantasy sports by linking directly from the vbulletin menu.
Whichever is feasable and easiest. The old board is showing mysql errors.
I hired a programmer for this project but havent heard from him in 5 days.
