Convert Yahoo Store to Regular E-commerce store

I have an extremely successful yahoo store. I am looking to duplicate the store exactly, add a new checkout system, all in a non-yahoo environment. In other words, I want to LEAVE Yahoo stores but I want the look and feel of my current store to stay the same and I want the new store to look EXACTLY the same... graphics, colors, fonts, etc. Also, new store must run on html pages (no asp/dynamic sites)... data must be uploaded via an excel spreadsheet.
I am having problems finding people to do this work b/c people who are familiar with the yahoo environment, program in RTML, and aren't exactly in the business of migrating people away from the yahoo system.
I have a lot of issues with the yahoo system and have paid them enough... i also have a lot invested into my current site. again, i basically want the entire site DUPLICATED but running in a non-yahoo environment i am open to ideas on what cart/checkout system to use. HOWEVER, all processing is done off-line, in my actual store. (I'm a retailer.)
