Need Well Architected MVC TEMPLATE web application.
Connects through SQL Server.
Security 1. Based on Windows logged in use + 2. Online Login .
CRUD should be easily done with few changes by programmers.
I have to be in a position to use this template application and create more internal applications for other divisions.
Architecture is more important. I can design normal CRUD website based on online tutorials. I don't want that simple.
If it is really well architected with security tightly packed, I can up my budget.
