C++ to C# port

Hi there,

I need to use some `C++` code ([url removed, login to view]) in my `C#` application which is to be hosted by `Microsoft Azure`.

So I need to have this library ported to C#. It's not terribly complex, but I don't have the time/skills to attempt it myself.

The library does depend on `OpenCV`, so to use `OpenCV` on windows in `C#`, we can use `EmguCV` ([url removed, login to view]).

If you see another way to execute this code in `Azure` (i.e., writing a wrapper for the `C++` code, etc), I'm open to suggestions.

I'm happy to answer any questions. When bidding, please give me some idea if you can reasonable do this. Empty bids without any details are too difficult to choose from, so they'l probably just be ignored. Also, please suggest you're own bid price, but be reasonable. This is not a large project, and as a developer myself, I can approximate the time it'll take pretty well.
