Create Instagram App to be integrated with existing Wordpress site

I need someone to create an Instagram app/client under my account, and get all the requirements in order to bring it live on Wordpress with permissions to "follower_list", "basic" and "public-content" scopes. I already have the "Privacy Policy" done and the Wordpress site is live, we just need to incorporate this Instagram app into the existing architecture. Once implemented, the app should allow for the export of data (CSV, Excel, etc.) for authenticated users so that analytics can be run using a separate program.
