Design and program a Django website handling users/registration and page design

I am building a website that is free for users to register at and create various landing pages from templates and/or uploaded graphics. The purpose is for users to determine how to advertise for a particular product or service they have in mind. Users can manage/edit their pages. The system keeps track of statistics for visitors to those pages and provides reports to the users on their pages. There is also an 'Action' button from the landing page that goes to either (1) a custom URL (2) a mailchimp email list signup page, or (3) a signup for an internal email list managed by the website.
I would like a basic website programmed in Django/MySQL/bootstrap that will allow users to register (for free). If you are not a designer, It would be acceptable for this website to have 'basic' pages with all the functionality present, and I would have a graphic designer make the pages look better visually, choose artwork, colors, etc. I want to be able to manage/update/enhance the site myself, so I would like it programmed in Django/Bootstrap/Python/MySQL with no proprietary software used, unless there is a good reason and it is approved ahead of time.
