Amazon ec2 server configuration for MySQL

Amazon ec2 Server Configuration.

I have an ec2 server with amazon. This is windows and has sql express installed.

I have a CRM package with a MySql database installed on the server. The client machines can not connect to the database. I need the server to be configured to allow the client machines to connect to the database and create a mapped drive on the server.

I will require detailed instruction on how to configure the client machines once the server is configured correctly.

I am looking for an experienced amazon server administrator to look after this server in the future also.
