configure cisco router to allow web traffic in

Personal project...more for my own curiosity, so only looking to spend $30.
I have a Cisco 831 router that works fine for getting my LAN onto the internet via my cable internet connection. It runs cisco software 12.3
It seems to be setup for dynamic NAT so far (I can access the internet from my LAN) but I need help getting Static NAT setup as well. I have several static IP's from my ISP and an example is I want one public IP ([login to view URL]) to point to the web server on my LAN (which is local IP of [login to view URL]).
If I go to: [login to view URL] I don't get my webpage.
And if someone goes to another of my web servers, say [login to view URL], that traffic would go to the other web server on my LAN with a private IP of [login to view URL]
Maybe I could send you my 'running-config' and you could tell me from what I have so far what I need, what I don't need.
Maybe my ACL's are wrong, or I need to allow UDP traffic as well as TCP traffic....I'm not sure. I tried to make it allow as much as I thought I could just to troubleshoot things, but no luck so far.
Thanks
