Design Document for Transformation Project

I have been developing a system working closely with the business owner over the past 16 months, and through this close collaboration, I never created a design document to help other developers work with the project.

I can provide a walk-through with a LiveMeeting and answer any technical questions, but I will not have time to write the design document.

I'm looking for someone with excellent English skills that can be available next weekend (May 13th-15th) for a walkthrough over the phone.

I am looking for both functional and technical documentation.

The functional details need to include the goals of the project and charts for business processes included in the application.

The technical details should include info on the Visual Studio layout of my project, explanations of the different layers (UI, Database, Business Logic, etc.), and path information (connection strings, deployment paths, etc.).

I can help provide as much information as needed to complete both of these requirements, but I don't think I'll have time to write up the document completely myself, nor do I feel I could do it as well as a technical writer.

I am flexible on price. Accuracy and completeness of information are paramount.
