The person should make quick calls to customers, who has placed online orders for our product. The purpose of the call is to ask the customer to confirm his order and verify the delivery address. Some addresses are incomplete and the call person should ask the customer about the missing part and make correction.
The Excel file with 50 orders and customer’s details will be sent at 10.00 every day from Monday to Friday and should be received back with the result within 24 hours, or the next working day. The customers should be called between 9.30 and 18.30 Monday to Friday. (European Time + 2 GMT)
