Create a YouTube Intro Clip

I need to create a small intro clip for my youtube videos on my channel [url removed, login to view] I do online gaming videos and would like a small intro for me to place at the beginning of all my videos. I want to use a clip from the song Ridin' Dirty by Chamillionare found here: [url removed, login to view] The clip of music to be used it from 0:14 till 0:27 and should be how long this clip is with maybe a half second to a second pause at the beginning. Using my banner picture which I have attached I want to use that and have the handicapped guy on the first B in the word BRANGBERG and have him pop a wheelie and then ride the wheelie all the was across the name BRANGBERG. Then when he gets to the end have his stay on the letter G at the end and have the smiley bullet holes appear one by one as they are shown on the image like they are being shot there. Go from the eyes to the mouth left to right. Hopefully we can get this small clip done at a reasonable price. Thank You. -Mike
