It is required to create a standalone / installable application such as the one attached. The look and feel should almost be the same except for color schemes,company logo and the main slide images.

Guys Thanks a lot for so many responses. I just forgot to specify 2 important points. 1) There should be an option to add as many no of slides as desired by adding further images and text in the designated files and folders 2) If one of you is able to create new colored sketch on the similar idea as shown (ie the same body postures) then it would be great. Not to say i would pay additional for that or else i would have to look out for a designer seperately Before i finalize a bidder, can any of you create a 1 screen mockup which is configurable for pop up time (ie time before the application pops up again) can be a very rough version so that i can be confident of achieving what i desire Thanks
