data mining/ Need Email list made, and send

Hi, I am starting a hosting company, and need to target people who have their webisites hosted at places such as yahoo. You will need to do a reverse ip look up like this one

and then go to each site and get there contact email address.

You will then compose a list of these email address, and help me send out a mass email that will not get caught in spam filters

First time is test run so tell me how many email addresses you would find and email using this method for $40
