Clean Simple 2 Colum Design

I need a simple, clean 2 column design. Navigation will be down the left side. The client has a usable logo already, and image that they would like incorporated into the navigation menu so some graphic work will need to be done. I would like additional css applied for items like h1,h2,h3... lists and form fields so the page body flows smoothly with the page design.
