Create mini-site

Hello all, I need a site with a main purpose of generating Adsense revenue.

First: I want to see good credentials before I hire.

There are some conditions as follows:

1. The site must generate daily revenue of at least $3, have monthly commission revenue of $10 and a total (including commission monthly revenue of at least $10

2. You do not get paid until I receive my first Adsense and commission sales payment of at least $30.

3. Your milestone is paid when my account reaches $10 in a month.

What I need you to do is:

1. Purchase a domain, hosting (not [url removed, login to view], and it must have whois privacy protection) and design an attractive "mini-site".

2. Place ads that I provide you with on the sides, top, and bottom.

3. Research in-depth on the Nike soccer cleat edition Mercurial. (No plagiarism from any sites).

4. Make three pages (Home, Description, Features)

5. Include many affiliate links throughout page that link to affiliate website i.e. [url removed, login to view] (provided).

7. Examples of great design are on topminisite.com. I want something that sells the shoes and encourages users to make the affiliate link click,

8. Use extensive vocabulary and sound like a pro on the site.

9. Make the SEO top search result under "Mercurial", "Mercurial cleats", and "Mercurial Boots"

10. Respond quickly to frequent emails at random times.

Do all this and I will be extremely happy. If all is done exactly as told, then you get your milestone payment early.

There may also be more work following this job if it is done in a satisfactory manner.

UPDATE -- I WILL PROVIDE THE RESEARCHED MATERIAL AND PHOTOS. All you need to do is upload them onto the site that you create.
