I would like to work with an experienced website developer and SEO professional who can create an Adsense and/or other program site to generate 20 websites. That's a lot of sites, a lot of work, and I'm willing to pay quite a lot for the work of creating these, as well as a negotiable rate per site for the permanent upkeep of the sites including fresh content creation.
The websites must be fully operational and practices must maintain my account in good standing with google.
Your tasks will be (for each site):
- Choose a theme, layout, brand, logo, and topic. You can select the niche which you think you can work well with and trickle in income. I am completely open to whatever you chose so long as it delivers results. Would prefer English.
- Select a domain name and choose your minimum hosting requirements (i'll purchase domains and arrange hosting)
- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure the website.
- Write clean code. I am a c++ software developer by day so I will be very interested in any html you write and will browse source code.
- Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques please
- You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.
- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services. I maintain 4 websites of my own creation all with google analytics and which I have coded from scratch so if you use these tricks don't even bother as I will see right through them.
- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.
- No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules
- Site must generate income for the long term, average of over $15 USD / week / site.
- Any 'contact' forms on the sites must point to you, and you should answer them. You will get paid for this long term.
- Design must be attractive and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
- Must Be Adsense optimized and link to my google analytics account.
I am willing to give new freelancers a shot, as I intend this to be an on-going project.
I will create 27 approx equal milestones for this project, as this is quite a long task. You don't have to do these in order:
Milestone 1. Site 1 goes live.
Milestone 2. Sites 2, 3, 4 and 5 go-live.
Milestone 3. A site hits $15USD / week adsense income.
Milestone 4. Sites 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 earning average $15USD / week for 4 weeks in a row.
Milestone 5. Sites 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 go-live.
Milestone 6. First of those site hits $15USD / week adsense income.
Milestone 7. Sites 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 earning average $15USD / week for 4 weeks in a row.
Milestone 8. Sites 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 go-live.
Milestone 9. First of those site hits $15USD / week adsense income.
Milestone 10. Sites 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 earning average $15USD / week for 4 weeks in a row.
Milestone 11. Sites 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 go-live.
Milestone 12. First of those site hits $15USD / week adsense income.
Milestone 13. Sites 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 earning average $15USD / week for 4 weeks in a row
Milestone 14. Sites 1,2,3,4,5 average earning $15USD over the last 10 weeks
Milestone 15. Sites 6,7,8,9,10 average earning $15USD over the last 10 weeks
Milestone 16. Sites 11,12,13,14,15 average earning $15USD over the last 10 weeks
Milestone 17. Sites 16,17,18,19,20 average earning $15USD over the last 10 weeks
Milestone 18..21 is as 14..17 but 20 weeks
Milestone 22..25 is as 14..17 but 30 weeks
Milestone 26. Total Adsense income - hosting costs reaches cost of developing sites.
Milestone 27. All 20 sites producing average $15USD / week for the last 30 weeks.
Every month from milestone 27 we will paypal you a percentage of the total earnings from the previous adsense cheque to ensure content remains fresh and web enquiries get responded to. Please state your desired percentage in the public text of your bid. You only have to do enough work to keep it above $15USD/week. I all goes well you will be paid indefinitely.
