Design for online store homepage promos plus google ads

Our online store has been bringing a unique range of quality toys to the doorsteps of thousands of satisfied customers.

I am looking for a designer who is preferably savvy in retail design and online marketing. Experience in designing homepage promos and newsletters is essential, as is a good eye for point of sale.

The job will also include designing a series of google ad banners. The deadline is rather tight so only applicants who can start almost immediately should apply.
