Code transfer between templates

We need a section of a template website put into another template website.
We want to replace the portfolio section of the following template: [url removed, login to view]
and replace it with the portfolio section of: [url removed, login to view]
Should be a simple case of copying the right javascripts into the right places & re-homing some link references - we simply just don't have the time!
The new portfolio section must also be responsive to work on smartphones, so some css tweaks may be needed.
