The format of the information entered is:
1. Date
2. Company Name (choose from dropdown list from before or enter new)
3. Address of company (2) if not exist
4. Phone of company (2) if not exist
5. City of company (2) if not exist
6. R.U.C. Or company ID number of company (2) if not exist
[login to view URL] number starting with anything after Factura ie. xxx-xxx-xxxxxx
8. Autorizacion SRI XXXXXXXXXX of company (2) if "Diferent from previous or experitation date of next item..."
9. Fecha autorizacion (date authorization from previous choosen from web format or excel sheet format)
10. Item in invoice (choose from dropdown list from product purchased from this purveyor before or enter new)
11. Quantity (of Choosen product from item 10)
12. Price (of Choosen product from item 10 or enter new)
13. Once entered price from preious, drop to next item row (ie 10) and enter again a new item. If entered none, confirm the procede to item 14
14 Discount amount from subtotal
item 15 (subtotal) automatic sum of all items less discount
15 Tax amount 12% calculated automatically (from subtotal less discount)
16 Amount total calculated automatically (sum of subtotal less discount plus tax)
13. Expense type (choose from type of Company saved before or choose (ie. product, service or financial)
14. Tipo de retencion (choose from a dropdown list provided **)
15. Enter retencion number (this retencion number should be from a next retention number one aditional from previuos format #00x 00x 000000.
16. Save information into archive per month and per company.
Will provide all template information from current input template.
