I need to finish this site...

I need to finish this site and set up the system that will deliver digital product to client as soon as i receive the payment through paypal.

I also have the shopping cart IPNMONITOR that does it automatically.

we can use it as well

the VIRTUE MART shopping cart is already installed on the site.

If you can incorporate IPNMONITOR in to the site that will make things much easier.

I've got all the files for this site.

my budget is limited. I am thinking of spending about $50 on this project.
