Convert OSCOMMERCE-Template to XT:COMMERCE

Need someone who can copy an existing oscommerce template, convert it and make it run on xt:Commerce-shopsoftware (already installed on my server).
Please note the following information:
- You will receive a link with a oscommerce template. Copy the complete template with all it's pages and layouts. not only the homepage!
- Paste it into my webspace and make it run with xt:commerce shopsoftware (version 3 SP2.1).
- Make all xt:commerce functionalities run smoothly on the new template.
- Try to make the checkout/shopping cart as similar as you can - like on the original osC-template.
Payment terms:
I will open new escrow payment (100%) and release after the project is finished.
