ColdFusion Developer ASAP (contract to full time)

We are a Bogota Colombia based company needing two ColdFusion developers to start immediately on a full time contract basis which could develop into full time long employment working remotely for our company.
Because of the lack of ColdFusion developers in Colombia, we need to hire resources from outside the country to work on our Portals and Client Projects. The candidate needs to be available to work full time and able to start immediately.
Requirements:
2+ Years CF 8.0 or later Development Experience
Experience with MSSQL and MYSQL Databases
A self driven developer capable of meeting agreed upon deadlines
Very strong CSS and Javascript ability
Ability to slice photoshop files into HTML for conversion to CSS is critical
**We will give special consideration to any bilingual candidates English/Spanish
***Extra special consideration will be given to anyone with Mura/Sava CMS experience
Payment is made monthly on the 30th of each month for the pay period of the 22nd to 21st of the month and is a fixed monthly amount. We will try a one week test period with the candidate to insure a proper fit.
About the Company: Our organization made of up 6 companies owns a VOIP telecom provider, Country Portals, Yellow Pages, a Radio Network, a Marketing Firm (web design/SEM) among others. We have international presence and are the leader in Colombia in all of our markets.
Please remember when bidding that we pay Colombian wages to our internal developers which is a fraction of US/European wages, however we are willing to make a reasonable concession for qualified overseas developers.
This appropriate candidates will start work immediately, and one of the candidates will be named our Technology Director in the near future and could include relocation possibilities to one of our offices in Latin America.
This candidate will not need to have design experience as we have an internal department of talented artists, but once templates are delivered in photoshop files the candidate will need to be able to do the slicing, apply CSS, and then implement the templates into our Mura CMS (muratizing).
