Add A Gallery Section and A Blog To Magento Site

I currently have a Magento website, and am looking at adding in there a couple of new sections.
The first is a Gallery section. I want people to be able to send in images of the products when after they have purchased them. This must be easy for people to upload the images, but i want to have a look at the images before they go live on the site.
The second bit is a blog on the site. I want this designing to look like the site
