BEST Graphic Designer Wanted for Web Templates

Need 3 website templates. Each design will be different from each other (colours and layout). You must provide all 3 as PSD's. One of these will be converted into a Joomla website. I will provide all photos, for the designs, as well all instructions. You must have MSN Messenger to chat. Instructions will be given through there. This is a simple project for anyone with excellent Photoshop experience. This will lead to ongoing work!! Need designs within 4 hours. You must have previous design experience with real estate or home construction websites!!
