Build Two Online Stores/Websites: 1 for retail of shoes and another for retail of software

I require a freelancer to produce two websites for me for two separate businesses.
One is for a shoe retail website and the other is for a software company.
Both websites will require the uploading of videos which I will produce separately.
I will also provide the content for the website.
The websites need to look high-end. Any interested bidder must provide website addresses of previous websites they have designed so we can assess what is required.
We already have logos and logos are not needed.
We are looking for someone who can design the website cost effectively and to a high standard.
