Build a Website

This project is not really a website design project, it's to set up a WordPress site for me. I have the domains, and the hosting - below is a brief outline of my requirements. Please note that this is a new business, and I am working to extremely tight budgets, and therefore require competitive quotes. I am entirely focused on the operation of the business, and while I know what I need from my website, this is not my [login to view URL] and upgrades will need to be added, and changes made on a continual, ongoing basis, so for the right person, providing the best quote, there will be ongoing work over the next year. Everything should be done with an extreme focus on SEO and so I need someone who can do this work with that in mind.

I am starting a new business which is ancillary to the travel industry. The specific details of that are not important at this time. I am using the parallax theme on WordPress. I have the domains and hosting set up, ready for configuration. The homepage will be very simple, no information, just a main headline, scrolling images with parallax slider and a link through to the "what we do" page. This, again, will be simple with our service details bullet-pointed, and as easy to understand as possible. No images here, I don't want anything to distract from the information we are putting across. This page will link to a comprehensive contact form, which I will provide field details for. This must allow .jpeg .PDFs and .doc uploads. Before completing the form however, users must register and be able to log in thereafter. This is essential for data capture. A live chat facility should be available on the site, and highlighted prominently throughout, as should my 0845 number and standard land-line number. The whole site should be done with promoting my visitors to contact us by either filling out the form, calling us, or using the live chat function. Live chat should ONLY be available when clients are logged in. All these facilities are available as plugins, and free of charge to the best of my knowledge. There may be some aspects I have missed here, but nothing major. The only other thing required at this stage will be my privacy policy and a few filler pages of extraneous information - These pages should only be available to users who are logged in.
