Build a wordpress review Website

Basically I need a wordpress website so people can sign up only using their facebook profile (Once signed up put as much of their information from facebook on to their profile page on the site) and are then able to search for other profiles and leave a review on others profile page on the site.
Home page to be simple with a menu and a large search button similar to [login to view URL]
And if possible have a button (or something to that effect) so users can get a short url link to theirs or other profile pages
I have Domain name, hosting(godaddy), wordpress installed
