Very easy job here. I have a single page ios app help file that was originally designed to run on the IPad (Normal size) we have recently ported the app to the Iphone and we also now need to allow for the Ipad Pro. I need the page converted to a responsive design so it will fit the Iphone, Iphone Plus, Ipad Min, Ipad Air and Ipad pro. This really just means 3 formats I think.

It can be a single column on the phone with a pop out menu in the right top corner like a normal Bootstrap site, when it's on the Ipad we need to float the menu down the left to fill the space
I'm not fussed if we loose the blue menu back ground as long as whatever replaces it looks similar and uses same colours.
I have attached the source files and images of how it looks on the phone and ipad
