Create a Navigation Menu in Magento

Hi, I am looking for a person that is available right now to create a navigation menu in magento. This should be an extremely easy job for someone that understands magento well. I will give all the pages and that they should be in. The site already has a mega menu but I dont know how to use it. I want someone to edit it and then show me how to change it if necesary.
