I require an online e learning system set up.

4. They will have the option to in using a checkout method that works well in the country the business is set up in. In this case Toronto Canada. We will accept major credit credit cards or debit cards.
5. A timer needs to be set up to show that user is not trying to skip. And must complete each module in full.
6. A report should be able to be pulled off upon completion showing how much time was spent on each module and a test report page
7. A completion certificate at the end of the program is created.
8. Create the website for the online learning site which is apart of the platform
This is a some of the criteria.
In total 11 modules with mini gets in it and a final test at the end. Total time of the course as prescribed should be minimum 32 hours. That how long it will take the student to do the course. So about 4 to 5 days if they spread it out or all in one sitting if they please
Creator must show ua how to use the back end system to control each users access.
