DICOM Image Editing Routines

Hello,

i am looking for a devloper to create me a class to DICOM Images.

- It's used to creat an annotation to a DICOM Image (stored in the pixel data)

- to be done in C#

You also create a simple Application to show.

- Load a dicom image

- Create an annoation (free text) to be saved to be placed and saved to the image (and save to file)

- The annotation text must be with black background.

- The Size of the text configurable.
