Overview:
1. A basic capture software that can be run on Windows and mac.
Be able to capture and record the desktop
Should be able to record using a mic at the same time as recording desktop.
Should be able to pause and highlight an area and add text, to describe something in writing either highlighted or a general comment. Should then be able to press continue and then pause again and write ( a bit like annotations on a youtube video clip)
Should be able to export the project as a full video people can download and watch.
Should be able to exports different formats.
Should be able to direct the recorded video to different chapters in such a way you can name the chapters and you can go back read the chapters.
Should be able to add to menu bar.
Working file will have its own extension.
Should have a view section where you can go into library and view recorded material.
Each chapter should be able to have notes at the bottom and images and also links in the notes to documents.
