Create an editable order form using either word or excel using the rough layout I have put together. Basically I have limited design skills and need help making it look more balanced and clean.
Need to keep it black and white for printing purposes. You can change the header design and the spacing is all messed up on my form so I need help balancing everything and getting the proportion right. I also don't like the fonts and font sizes I have used necessarily, just would like them to tie in with the new website that has not launched yet.
