This module involves the use of various tools and techniques and use of analytical frameworks available to tomorrow's business leaders to create and manage a sustainable management future from a people, planet and profit dimension. Familiarity with ethical concepts and values writers must be able to demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate the conduct of individuals, stakeholder groups and organisations themselves, as well as the policy prescriptions of governmental authorities. The theoretical and practical implications of the people, plant and profit dimension is taught in the module from both an individual and an organisational perspective using the live case studies. The module moves on to review the key contemporary debates involving corporate social responsibility and its implications for the various stakeholders, including governmental authorities. Various types of corporate - governance 'failures' will be identified and policy remedies reviewed, drawing on UK, EU and global experience.

Read the chapter in the book by Fisher, Lovell and Valero-Silva and they should make sure that they evaluate rather than just repeat the theories. This means applying the theories to the situation, the scenario. (it is just called chapter 5 192-224 but this is from Fisher, Lovell and Valero-Silva). Also that further references should be used from the reading list in the Guide.

Please considered very importantly the making allocations for example the theory and application accounts for 60 credit. More words should be allocated to explaining both the theory and application.
