I recently started a Real Estate business that does flips (4 this year), and purchases rentals (3 this year). I had my accountant help me set up my books and I am caught up through August. However, I need to find a long term solution for my needs.
What I need help with:
Monthly reconciliation of all accounts
Set up new accounts (when we purchase homes)
Finalize accounts and give a final profit/loss/cash accounting
Familiarity with quick books is a requisite, knowledge of real estate property management and real estate sales would also be helpful. I hope to hear from you soon!
