Create Soccer Betting App with Facebook League system

We are wanting to create a mobile betting app (for Barclays Premier League correct score predictions) which also includes a Facebook League between friends (a ranking system/league table once they create a private league).
The app will require players to deposit real money into their accounts. They then guess the correct results from all the soccer games listed for that weekend and get assigned a point for each correct result. Whoever guesses the most correct results that season is declared a footballing God (in their own private leagues)
