I have a cell phone app that is in the process of development. I need someone to finish the development for me. The app is a video player that has interactive subtitles. That pause video when clicked and pop up the definition of the word in the subtitle. There are 3 sets of subtitles possible for each video so that mutliple translations can be shown at the same time. The video player for the app needs to be developed. I have an example video player that runs on html5 on my website but i need one in the app itself. The app has already been integrated with my website and the payment system on my website, so all that including the skin and login of the app has already been produced. Just need the video player with interactive subtitles to be designed and working in the app now.
