A.I Machine Learning/Deep Learning Tennis Project

We are looking to create a feature within a current app we are building which can film tennis matches from a mobile phone or tablet in ios and android.
It needs to evaluate ball speed, spin type, shot placement, shot type, line calls, score the match, create highlight packages of matches automatically cutting out when players are picking up balls, taking a break etc.
We can provide you with examples of how we want it to look.
Must be able to integrate this into our current app.
We are thinking it would be sent to a server and then back to the app in able to make it work in both ios and android. We are open to suggestions.
We are also wanting someone who can develop apps and website design.
Utilising swift and kotlin coding.
We will be able to offer a percentage of our apps profit depending on what you can offer.
No payment will be released at all until the product is complete.
