Simple android app with google maps

I am looking for some one willing to help me develop a simple demo app.
This demo app will have two tabs. First is profile tab where i can input my basic information such as my first name, my last name and some other information. Second tab contains google map, where i can zoom in and pan. There will also be a special button (red circle with white plus), which upon will enables to draw a polygon over the map. Icon is displayed inside a polygon (drone in demo image). If i click on this icon a bubble with information from profile should be displayed displayed. This is all i need for the first step.
