Animation project 2d/3d

I'm looking for an animator for a few projects:
First project:
## Voice Over script is still not done yet, Voice over will be in 2 languages ##
## Still haven't decided which style to go with and to do it in 2d or 3d##
Concert - zooming out all the way to the back of the audience and all the way out of the gate. We see a "Sold out sign".
A lot of people outside of the gate still gathering and happy.
Zooms out to a map.
Zooms into india shows someone on a crowded street watching a one of the band's songs on youtube on his phone.
He switches to facebook, sees a post watch the band live now on VR.
A cloud/bubble appears above his head with the "VR??" text.
He presses download.
His phone shows my app downloading.
He opens it orders goggles (Goggles fall from the sky to his Hands).
Presses a "watch now" button. it shows him $$ signs he presses "Pay" he hears a ching ching sound. puts the phone in the goggles and it zooms back into the concert.
Then I would like to explain what my company offers:
