Need a fully functioning website with SMS capabilities, using Ajax web2.0 type site

Basically I'm creating a website that will be a phone/email search system. I have a huge database of cell phone numbers and email addresses that will be put on this website. I need someone to create a fully functioning web 2.0 type site (that looks clean and professional). And using ajax to make things even more high tech. (I will provide the design and layout of the site, you just need to do the programming) The basis of the site is very simple. People come to the site to do a search for an email address or cell phone number. The site will work on a credit system. When they signup to the site they will have to confirm their cell phone number and email address. The cell phone system will work by them receiving an SMS, so you must have experience with sending text messages to a cell phone. They will then receive 5 credits to do searches. They can get more credits using different ways, I will explain that out later. The entire programming shouldn't take more than 2-3 days tops. As it's a very simple system, that I've written out fully in detail. PM me for more details. I'm also looking for a long term programmer who can work on projects daily for me, so this can turn into a long term relationship.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
