I'm on the lookout for an expert who can help me build a tailored smart home solution to augment my home’s functionality. The ideal candidate would have proficiency with IoT, as well as experience with home automation systems.
Key tasks would entail:
• Designing a system for lighting control
• Developing an integrated doorbell system
While I currently don’t own any smart devices in my home, my primary goal is to upgrade my home with a touch of convenience and automation. Hence, your expertise in this realm would be highly advantageous.

The smart home system has the following parts.
Transmitter
Several buttons are connected to the ports of an Arduino Pro Mini. When the respective button is pressed, and the gate goes low, a signal is sent to the receiver.
The signal is sent with LoRa. (RFM95 433MHz) The transmitter is powered by 3 AAA batteries or an equivalent battery. The power circuit is replaced with a circuit that draws very little power. see this video [login to view URL] Create a Gerber file for the PCB.
Receiver
The receiver is an ESP32 Node MCU with both WiFi and LoRa. for example Heltec WiFi LoRa 32(V3). The receiver has relays, dimmers for led lights, (possibly a camera) and a button to pair the device. Power from USB. Cost of Gerber file is reported separately.
Mating
The ESP32 has a web page, which shows the last received signal from the transmitter (button identity). The user can put a name on this button in the web page.
The signal is paired to a relay or dimmer on the receiver that has the pairing button activated.
The name of the ports is
1-4 Relay A, (a relay is either in position A or B)
1-4 Relay B,
1-3 Dim (the dimmer steps in one direction, first more, then less, then more, etc.)
1-3 on/Off
All on
All off
space for 4 relays and 3 dimmers. each relay connects with 3 screws, dimmer connects with 2 screws.
Set each device's address dynamically, and save the address in local memory.
