Javascript webcam record and save with small speech detection

This is a small project. it will use javascript, html, html5 and speech detection model.
1. webpage has a button and when you push it a popup shows up with the webcam showing.
2. the popup has javascript speech detection and listens for a keyword - 'action'
3. once the keyword is spoken - the webcam records
4. the speech detection listens for the word 'cut' - once the keyword is spoken the webcam turns off and the file is saved as .mp4
Please only apply to this if you have done a project like this before. It should not be a difficult task if you have already done something like it. The start of this project has a small project but may turn into more jobs.
