Very simple "send to a friend" script needed usinf Flash and ASP

Been trying to get this working but just cant make it work! A simple "send to a friend" script, to send from a Flash form via ASP (with ASPMail component installed). Should only take minutes of somebodys time who know what they are doing.
Flash movie exists, with 4 fields, [your name] [your email] [friend name] [friend email] and a submit button. Obviously the email should appear to come from [your name]+[your email].
The subject and message body will be fixed using variables also in Flash (but not editable by the site visitor)
I also need a Flash function to check each of the fields are completed, and display a message if not.
Script must be seen to be working on my hosting server
